Gran Turismo

This ground-breaking game is now available in the psp console. Much of Gran Turismo's game-play is pretty much the same as its predecessors in the ps1 and ps2, but to be playing it in a hand-held device such as the psp is amazing. The game modes are also pretty much the same, wherein there are challenges and a career mode so that you can earn money to buy a new car or upgrade a car you currently have in your garage. It offers crisp graphics and the controls are not that bad the best part is that the game has 800 cars in its roster!

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

If you have dreamed of being a Jedi here's your chance to fulfill it. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed offers a story mode (wherein you play Darth Vader's apprentice) and a versus/mission mode where you can play as Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Obiwan and etc...but of course you have to unlock them first. Prince of Persia: Rival Swords

After a quest from the previous game, the Prince of Persia comes home to Babylon but something is wrong. His home is being invaded by the Prince's old immortal nemesis, Vizier. His beloved is also kidnapped and it is up to him to save her. The game-play much like a 3rd person shooter but no guns here, you would have to rely on your stealth and sword fighting abilities.

Killzone Liberation

Probably one of the best shooter games to come out for the psp. Killzone Liberation is a 3rd person shooter on a birds eye view camera. This type of angled shot helps the gamer to position the player and plot out a strategy. Killing the enemy is immensely satisfying as it is challenging to kill one. You play a human templar resisting alien domination to reclaim humanity. The aliens called the Helghast are being led by Metrac to take over the human race.

Before the movie sequel even comes out with a game, play the Iron Man psp game. The game's story is similar to the movie where Tony Stark starts out in a ditch somewhere in the middle east and battles his way through terrorists. It's a third-person action game with just an okay game-play because the environment is not that navigation friendly.

Sid Meier's Pirates is one of the most addicting games to hit the psp. You play a pirate in search for a Spanish governor who mistreated your family when you were a young boy. In addition, you can be a treasure hunter, sword fighter swashbuckler and others. You are trully the captain of your own ship in this pirate game.
